“Was really excited once I received my samples. I found a color (cream beige balayage) and it seemed to be perfect. I decided to go ahead and place an order. Once I received my box, the sample looked good. I opened up my extensions and they seemed good until I until I was really looking at them. They looked a little different than what I was expecting. The samples do not match the actual extensions I received. The root color is off and so is the hair. Slightly differently color. Not too happy about that since I was initially so excited from the original sample I received. I was expecting my hair to match the sample and since I opened it, I cannot return.”

All of our extensions are made with an anti-shedding technology which prevent shedding and tangling. With proper care our extensions will last 9-12 months for semi-permanent collections, and up to 2 years for ready to wear!"
This is a total lie. Remy hair means that the cuticle is kept intact, and they are all oriented in the same direction, and that translates into a natural aspect of each thread, less tangling and frizz.
This hair is loaded with silicone and as you wash your hair, the silicone washes off, and you're left with bad cuticle hair. How do I know? Because I've been wearing hair extensions for 21 years and only once before have I had hair this unbearable. I've also been an extension stylist for 16 years.
Literally, they wrote to my email complaining, "Once the silicone washes off, the hair texture will be more natural to blend well with your natural hair." HUH????? So they admit they have silicone hair.
I can assure you on the life of my dog, that this hair is brutal to brush through, that even when I dry it so the cuticle faces downward, and then I flatiron it to try to make it bearable for the day, that I can be sitting still, with no wind in my home, and just sitting working on the computer, this hair begins to form a tangled nest, as in the four tape extensions on the left side of my head gather together and tangle up, and on the right, and the five extensions I have in back form into clusters. I literally have to brush my hair every 10 minutes all day because this is unbearable.
I've had to wait three weeks to get an appointment with my stylist to remove them and will be sending them back to Glam seamless.
Now at first, when I put this hair on my head, I waited three days to wash them as is protocol, and when I did shower, 8 of the 14 fell to the floor of the shower due to the tape being bad. So I bought tape and installed them again. This has cost me two installs with my stylist plus the $239 for the hair and over $900 now.
Glam Seamless refuses to refund my money only a store credit.
They did offer me a free curling iron for the bad tape experience which I accepted but I am not interested in trying this hair again as the risk is too high and the cost too great to live with it between appointments and the money I have to pay to install it.
I am currently disputing this transaction with my bank.”
“Not enough color variation so if they don’t match your hair exactly you’re not going to like them. They had a pink hew indoors. My hair is a Carmel highlighted color with lots of blonde very similar to the model’s color online and it was nowhere near that.”

You can literally wear your hear how ever you want plus they are comfortable as well. With proper maintenance these extensions will be such a great investment for you!! DO IT!!!”
