“I actually ordered the ultra hold tape and I received the regular tape. I have to put my extensions back everytime I wash my hair. The regular tape is terrible and also your customer customer service needs a lot of work. For customers that spend $600 + on you hair and tapes you guys don’t care about returning customers. Unless we have some kind of celebrity that promotes tour brand you guys don’t give a sh**”
