“I rented this for Melbourne Cup day brought a new fascinator to go with and went to a function felt really good.
During the middle of the function the zip gave way exposing my bra and control brief and I was so embarassed could not believe this was happening to me.
Ran to toilet and some of my friends had to go to dress shop across the road and get safety pins so I could get to my car.
Totally spoilt my day so humiliated happened in public event.
I was sent a scent candle to say sorry but this is far from enough considering what you did to me.
If there was the option I would rate my experience zero.”
