“I rented this dress to wear to a friend's wedding which was held on a boat on the Noosa River under beautiful QLD sunshine. It was the perfect dress for the occasion. It's fun, pretty and flattering. I did have some troubles with the strap which broke before we even left for the wedding. My friend was able to fix with a safety pin (not ideal). I spoke to GlamCorner about this and their service was top notch as usual (refunded me for the fault and assured me it would be fixed before being rented out again). I am usually a 10 but went with the 8 as it runs slightly big. I also wore hollywood fillets in the bust area (but this is a must for me!). I teamed it with a black bag and shoes but would work with nude/tanned coloured shoes too. My 2 friends in the pictures are also dressed by GlamCorner.”
“I went with my back up instead of this dress. It's lovely, but is probably better suited to a day event. The florals are rather muted (fabric is linen) and not as vibrant as stock photos, which I thought made it a tad too casual for, say, a night-time wedding reception. The fit was true-to-size; I found that, although the overall cut was erring on the larger size, the smallest point at the waist has no stretch, and would make for an uncomfortable (and likely, hungry) time were you to size down.”
“I rented this dress for a wedding two weeks ago. Delivery was great and arrived on requested date. I ordered a size 10, which is my normal dress size. It is such a beautiful dress and would have looked Amazing on. Unfortunately though, the dress was too big for me, I should have ordered a size 8. International sizing runs slightly bigger than Aus size 10. Good to know for next time.”
“I am a larger size, 16. This dress was definitely a risk for me but it fitted well and I felt wonderful wearing it! Compliments flowed all day! Only issue was with the shoulder straps as they were too long but this was easily fixed!”
