“I rented this for attendance to a wedding and unfortunately it wasn't quite the right fit for me. I am relatively short at 163cm and also have a short torso, so it was just a bit big in the top (the sleeves wouldn't stay up and fell off my shoulders). The rest of the dress fit me really well, and I feel am a pretty standard size 8.”

Even though everyone in the reviews suggested sizing down, I wore my usual size (size 8) but unfortunately the dress did not fit properly from the waist band up and I ended up wearing my back up.
There was plenty of room around the hips and legs and not restrictive, but the waist band was so stiff and small that I wouldnt have been able to breathe or move. Like others have said, the straps were too long and would need pinning. The neckline is very low so would suit bustier people.
For those with a larger rib cage and smaller chest, I would avoid this dress.”
