“For years I had been using a standard Yanagi knife, and I had learned how to reverse my cut to use the knife properly. But now that I have a proper left handed blade, my cuts are far more accurate and faster. The Global knife is well-made, balanced and the blade is razor sharp. I would highly recommend this knife or any of the Global knives, I also own the Deba blade in 5 and 7" and the carving fork. All of them are excellent pieces of cutlery.”
