“I had thought your whetstones were designed specially for your stainless steel knives, such as diamond-studded ones. It was such a disappointment to find the global whetstones I received were not capable of sharpening the Global sashimi knife which I owned for years. I wish you had specified what your whetstones were designed for clearly, so I would not have ordered such a useless item. Maybe, providing more information along with the whetstone description regarding maintenance procedures keeping Global knives sharp would be more useful.”
