“Of all my kitchen knives, this is the one I grab 95% of the time. Still as sharp as when I bought it and the scalloped grooves make cutting up blocks of cheese a cinch.”

“This is a santoku knife style. This knife quickly became my new go to knife for all the medium to small cutting and dicing tasks in the kitchen. Super easy to clean from tip to handle. Sharp out the box and holds the edge well with regular honing .”

“love this knife and it's become my go-to for most kitchen prep. i used to use global's 5in veggie prep knife and found it a bit small for larger/harder jobs. i got the 7 in santoku and that was a bit too large. this one is JUST RIGHT for me:)”
