“I have a Global G-16 chef knife that is 10 years old and still amazing. I recently ordered another set as my wife wanted a smaller chef knife and the price was reasonable with a set. Good to see they are still making things as good as they use to 10 years ago when Bourdain reccomended them! Amazing knifes, Bravo Global!”
