“Very nice balance and sharpness. But a very gentle bit of contact caused it to chip. When I contacted customer service they basically said too bad. So while this is a good knife it is too delicate for me to recommend for ordinary use.”
“This is the second Global knife I got. I have been using the G-2 for a few years now. We decided to rid of all our other old knives, but wanted a second knife just in case we are both chopping things at the same time. It is an excellent knife -- exactly what I would expect from Global. Personally I prefer using the 7" knife over the 8" knife -- but they are both outstanding.”
