“I find that I'm using this for all kinds of cutting tasks in the kitchen. Not just for slicing hams or turkeys which is why I bought it. “I bought this as a gift for my exacting and high-standards son-in-love who had culinary study in Italy and now does most of the cooking for his family. I know **I** love my Global knives, but I didn't know if SIL would share my enthusiasm.
