“It takes an edge well, it’s well balanced, and I like that there’s no plastic anywhere; we’re drowning in plastics and I appreciate that they’ve designed a knife without it. That said, the handle could be a little beefier. Also, this Long Handled version is slightly less comfortable to use than the Classic, but it’s not a dealbreaker (female with average size hands).”
