“Somewhat skeptical at first but now I'm a repeat client . As a registered nurse I literally researched every organic ingredient listed to see what set it apart from the typical hair, skin, and nail pills I've consumed in the past. African American Hair which is naturally coarser and dryer than average so I was looking for a product that would help with hydration and strength -. Stressful time of year due to FL Season and influx of patients so I appreciated the Ashwagandha and Vitamin C to help in combating stress. Didn't want to rate this product prematurely but after taking for several months I do see a difference in texture and shine. I see less shedding in shower -maybe due to the Biotin and Fat soluble vitamins. Overall these products have helped with my hair roughness and split ends between chemical treatments . Its a bonus that the supplements have additional vitamins, herbs and plant based products to help with overall health -while avoiding the gluten , dairy , and soy found in other products.”
