Our management team has advised that they will be happy to have our team evaluate the products upon its arrival to our warehouse and make a one time exception in allowing for a product refund on your items.
We understand that some deliveries had added an additional day or two in deliveries due to holiday season and we'd like to extend this out to you for that reason.
