“I’ve never had extensions before so this is my first time using a targeted shampoo. I have hard water as well and have had trouble with my extensions frizzing out. I feel that if I had normal shampoo my problem would be much worse. Since getting a softening system I hope this shampoo will continue to restore my extensions as it has worked nicely on my actual hair.”
