Our management team advised that they will be happy to have our team evaluate the products upon its arrival to our warehouse and make a one time exception in allowing for a product refund on your items.
We understand that some deliveries had added an additional day or two in deliveries due to holiday season and we'd like to extend this out to you for that reason.
We value you as a customer and want to ensure you are satisfied and taken care of. Once our warehouse team receives the return they will start the process to your return. Again, due to holiday season return processing may be delayed however, it will be taken care of.
“I have very frizzy curly hair and most products work to keep away the frizz but weigh my hair down and it looses volume as well as they make my hair oily and greasy but this leave-in conditioner is so lightweight as well as it doesn’t cause greasiness on my scalp after just a few hours. I can also add it to my hair when wet but then again when it’s dry if I need more, it’s wonderful!”
