About Good To-Go:

Create the most delicious meals, using clean ingredients, to be enjoyed wherever your adventures take you.

Nowadays, when it comes to food, the words "quick" and "healthy" aren't often used together. You can have one, but don't expect to have the other—until now. We aim to change how people eat on-the-go.

Chef Jennifer's creations are thoughtfully crafted to provide a meal that not only tastes great but is truly good for you. Whether you've hiked all day for that summit view, rose with an alpine start to earn those backcountry turns, or are simply looking for an easy-to-make option at home, all you need is boiling water and in minutes you'll have a delicious meal.

I have tried several of the Good To-Go meals, but the Indian Vegetable Korma is my favorite. I love the spicy taste! First time I used it was by accident when I needed a resupply on the Long Trail. After I had my first meal of the Indian Vegetable Korma, I wished I had picked up more when I had the chance. Great taste, easy to prepare, and plenty of calories.

So good! I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get enough veggies on my 8 day backpacking trip and this was just perfect! I loved the flavors and mixed it with the mushroom risotto.

Really nice flavor! Some small issues with texture; I've never described Korma as "chewy" before. I think it's the tomato skins and/or the big chunks of ginger. And even 25 min after pouring boiling water at sea level and stirring/resealing appropriately, lots of the chickpeas were still dehydrated. Regardless, I like it. It hits the Korma spot, and I'd buy it again.
