“I have tested the Tranquileyes therapy pack for a about 3 weeks now and I wanted it to work with all my heart,so it is a massive disappointment to say that in my case it appeared to make my dry eye condition worse.I suffer with extremely dry eyes and after using this pack I found the heat packs seemed to make my eyes even drier.I think I should contact the supplier and ask for a refund as this treatment has not helped in any way.”
