“Worst customer experience I have come across in a long time. Messing me around for a month with my order, me having to chase as they could not be bothered to inform me that there is a delay. Every new updated shipping date was a fail ... At the end I asked for refund and this company even stretches to the last minute to give people money back ... 10 working days to refund an order that I haven't even received is unacceptable. I work in finance department of a skin care company and this is not how long refunds take... No customer care , prices are upped up to look like the shop is cheaper and its not! All I can say anyone stay away from this web shop .... If I could I would give 0 stars”
