I’ve recently bough 12 shelving units from Gorilla (different sizes).
So far, I’ve erected 5 of the units.
In one unit, I am missing one of the beam connectors (email trail below). Requested a replacement on 25th February, still not received.
Yesterday, another unit pack was missing all 4 beam connecters.
So now I’m deficient to the tune of 5 beam connecters.
Could you please some more out to me ? Address and info below.

“I found the assembly of this rack more difficult than expected on my own. When assembled the rack is as good as advertised but I suggest 2 people should be involved.”
“Good product and delivered in good time. Racking goes together fairly easily - the instructions that come with it however, are useless! They make zero sense. Skip these and look at the instructions online. Luckily I would say this is almost idiot proof assembly but please - sort out your instructions.”
