Shelving eventually turned up after 8 days , not sure what happened to next day delivery!!
Had to chase up confirmation email of order ,
Given wrong delivery dates twice !!
Did not reply to a couple of emails regarding late delivery.
Will not be buying from you again ☹️☹️”

Highly delighted with the quality considering the "small" amount of money paid and so easy to put
together, very stable when constructed and makes for plenty of verticle storage space! I will be buying a workbench next”

Hi, The confirmation email is automatically sent via our website as soon as you finish placing the order. An invoice can easily be sent but no request has been received to obtain one? 3 bays were sent and received but ALL of them had the instructions missing? again, a copy of the instructions could have easily been sent, in fact you can download all instructions from the website. Also when we send you the dispatch email, there is a link to the latest instructions. Sincere apologies that parts were missing but, again, had you informed us of this we would have sent replacements but no communication has been received. Unfortunately we cannot help if we are unaware of your issues, please let us know what parts are missing and we will replace them for you as a matter of urgency.
