Ordered three garage shelving bays, two of which arrived promptly. No sign of third parcel, so contacted Gorilla who assured me the missing parcel would arrive in a few days and to contact them again if not. Still nothing, and no replies to several emails and phone calls. Tracked delivery via DHL who confirmed two out of three parcels had been delivered. Given a case number by DHL (this was pretty useless, to be honest), so called their Helpline - advisor told me only two parcels (not three) had been delivered to DHL, problem was with supplier.
Avoid this company at all costs!!”
