“The instructions mention that it should come with 8 cap/feet ends but only came with 4. I contacted the seller and they said they would post the remaining cap/feet ends. I've waited for three weeks for them to arrive. The product deserves at least a 4 or 5 but its the issue of not having all 8 cap ends. If I was told by customer services that they now only come with 4 I can accept that as the product only needs 4 for the feet.”

Ordering was quick, and it was delivered when promised. 4 of the plastic caps were missing but I contacted customer support and Iain was super helpful. He got these sent out in the post.
