“Well made and easy to put together, though two of the 610mm shelf supports were damaged , meaning they're unusable whilst a third has rust on it.
I've contacted Gorilla Racking about it by phone and email, to get some replacement parts but no response. When phoning, the answerphone message states that they're on holiday until 28th August but I've phone them a number of times since then and the message hasn't changed.
I've rated one star because of the complete lack of after sales service.”
