“Finally have a chance to get back with you on this, been out of the country for a bit.
To start off with your coffee is good a little bitter but yet strong and a satisfying taste.
Now the cups which we were looking forward to as much as the coffee are a total disappointment first they are the cheapest cups themselves and a sticker or decal on only part of the cup then glazed over and the packaging of them ridiculously terrible for both cups in the same very thin paper cardboard with only a small piece of bubble wrap around them thus allowing them to bang into each other and breaking off both handles of the cups. Yes the carrier could have been more careful but they did not know if the contents were fragile or not the box it self was beat up bit. Thus the low rating.
