Paul, I'm sorry to hear that. Can you tell me more about the brands you usually use, as well as your coffee machine. I would be curious to see it was a coffee issue or something else. We have many coffee connoisseurs, experts, and baristas that have validated our claims and always curious to see because most of the time the issue comes either from previous taste habits to certain coffee or simply how it is prepared.
