“Accidentally double-ordered 2 Ts. Didn't realize it until both orders arrived a day or two apart. Reached out to customer service asking what to do, and how to return one order. They said they'd check with their team and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago. Can't recommend them anymore. Death Wish and BRCC are now my go-tos.”
Hi Andy, thanks for reaching out. I'm not sure we have ignored you because the last message on May 15th, you have confirmed to have both order delivered. We haven't seen anything saying you want to return orders. I think you are mismatching with another company. If it's not the case reach out so we can fix the issue with you.
