“I ordered few different boxes and there was no way of telling which one was which as it wasn't even labelled , we had to open them up and couldn't put the ribbon back on properly. something as simple as a label, you couldn't even provide. when I called up customer service they really didn't give two hoots, and told me just to open it up. poor form!!!!!! not a happy customer after spending over $1000 this is what I get”
