Basket very large, very very smelly, and extremely heavy, filled with screwed up paper and on top straw type fillings, on top of that was the smallest most miserable 9 items.
You are very foolish to do this, as you have lost my business, and many of my
friends future business, we are all in NZ and in need of a good service, for our families in your country.
The big smelly bag, with all most nothing in it, was examined by all of us, and was intended to be used as a shopping bag, however the weight of it was excessive, so that too was a waste of our money.
I understand we are paying for convenience, ie not having to shop ourselves, and I understand courier fees, that is fine, but to end up with such a miserable gift assortment, is nothing short of daylight robbery, were you here in NZ I would have gone to our Consumer Society, products in NZ must
be fit for purpose, which I can assure you yours were not. Good bye and good luck because you are going to need it to stay in business. PS perhaps you could consider your part of the earth and not contribute so much landfill rubbish packaging in future.”
