“I’ve been on GP for the last year. First starting on 4:3 and losing over a stone. I found the 16:8 then helped me lose 3-4lbs a week and maintain my weight when needed. Both plans are amazing but 16:8 definitely is the one for me!!!”
“I find the lemon drink a bit grim, I really have to force myself to drink it. I'm not entirely sure what benefit it is as I was 4 days into 16:8 when I got the package and I was doing fine without something that tastes disgusting to 'fill' me up. So I'm sure these aren't the largest percenetage of the £99 but I suspect some will end up in the bin. I was a little disgruntled to receive a product out of date although there was a notice in the box explaining the shelf life was longer than the date so I appreciate there is not a problem but these are not products that are for the price conscious so I do think a discount may have been in order.
I can't fault the other tablets.
