“The sign was very beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I was disappointed that it was originally scheduled to come on the 11th because the graduation celebration was on the 8th. I asked if you could change it to come on the 7th. You made the change and had to it delivered on the 8th. I really appreciated your trying to accommodate my situation. Thank you!”
