Tom, Thank you for your feedback! The Grip6 belt takes some practice to put on and take off. But should quickly become second nature. Have you seen our How-To video? If not, check it out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CzuO6dKP3hE In that video, Bj will show the easiest way to put the belt on and take it off. If that doesn't help, let me know! I will then help set you up with a return label so you can send it back for a full refund. Kait Grip6

“I bought this belt for my husband who’s a big guy. I was worried that it would slip because of his stomach, but it hasn’t. He likes it and it doesn’t feel heavy or look cheap. I plan on ordering more as gifts for the other men in my family.”
