I was amazed at the fast turnaround. I ordered 16 of the monogrammed poker sets and I think they were delivered to my house in less than a week! They were perfect and everyone loved them! Thank you!

I paid for priority processing, It definitely took over two weeks before it even got to the shipper. So then I emailed the vendor and asked if I could get the priority part Refunded and there was no reply

Hello Simon, our apologies that your order was not shipped earlier even if you availed of the priority processing option. As per your request, we have already requested a refund for priority processing. The refunded amount will be posted back to your mode of payment in 3-5 business days. A refund notification will also be sent through your registered e-mail.

Ordered the personalized 12pack cooler. Everything was completed correctly, and delivery was faster than expected. Put as a 4 star as some of the embroidery work was slanted and uneven, but not too noticeable. Would recommend ordering through here again.

Received the beer mugs. but not really happy with how the font turned out. It is very small. Was wondering if it is possibly to return all of them.

I didn't get my items within a timely manner despite choosing this option. My wife chose the same option with her purchase a day after I had submitted mine and received her items several days before our event. I was refunded the fee, but it did not change the fact that I now need to ship these items to the members of my wedding party instead of being able to give them to them in person.

Since you've paid for the Priority Processing Option, Our customer support team already processed the refund for the amount paid for priority processing.

I am giving 2 groomsman gifts today that showed up broken to my house. I contacted you regarding this on Monday and still haven’t heard back (it’s Saturday). Yet, I’m receiving a survey. The decanters I ordered were shipped with no bubble wrap, only paper. Very disappointed in the customer service here.
