When I placed my order I thought it might take a while to receive with the custom engraving. But I got it very fast and everything was packed great and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out! I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Great customer service. Had a couple mugs break in shipping and they sent replacements no problem quickly.

Love the money clip but even though the customer reps I spoke with regarding my priority processing explained that the hold up with with the shipping partner, it was nonetheless frustrating to see that a shipping label was created and it took days before the parcel arrived to the starting destination.

This company is a scam and a joke. They said they were behind shipment by 48 hours “because of Covid.” It was 3 weeks after the order was placed and me making numerous calls and emails to inquire about the status. They sent it too late after all of that - AND after we agreed to just refund it and not send it at all. This was and continues to be the worst online purchase I have ever made. Stay away from this company. They are either completely incompetent, don’t care about their customers, or both (I’m guessing it is this one).
