“The items I purchased were exactly what I ordered and arrived in good condition.
The problem is that they took 6 weeks to arrive, most of which was the 5 weeks of shipping time, which was after the wedding. That was with the $10 priority processing charge, and emailing the support department consistently.
Maybe they’ll do better in the future, but don’t count on them if you’re wedding is still a month out.”
“I paid for priority processing and it said your order would be processed in 24-48 hours in which it wasn’t. I also made a separate order without the priority processing and that order was processed before the order I paid for the priority processing on.”
