“It's certainly nice that a priority option exists, but it seems that it also takes a day or so to process the order itself. That's fine, but if the utility let you know when the order would actually ship that would be a very useful addition. It could also be clearer that it references 48 business hours, rather than 48 hours (although I may have missed this in a fuller description).”
“I paid extra for priority processing and the order apparently was missed in production and once I reached out, it was then prioritized. If it wasn’t only 10$, I would’ve been reaching out for a refund of the extra money paid…”
