The fee of $9.99 is for the Priority Processing Option which ensures that your order will be made and shipped in 48 business hours. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
Your order was placed on July 6th, at 4:27 pm. Orders received after 11:00 am MST will begin processing on the next business day. With your selected shipping method, USPS Ground shipping, it usually takes 2 to 8 business days from the ship date for the package to be delivered.
Having said this, we've processed the refund for the Priority Processing Option fee. It may take 3 to 5 business days for the transaction to show on your account.
“Added “Priority Processing” to my order. Waited longer than the estimated time of shipment to reach out to find out why my order had not been shipped yet. They apologized and refunded the “Priority Processing” fee. My order then got shipped the following day and arrived 2 days after the estimated day of delivery— 1 day before my wedding weekend. Terrible lead times on shipping and delivery. Terrible time trying to contact customer service and explain my situation in reference to my order.”
