“One of my decanters was broken. It was completely wrapped up in the double paper with tape and it was still broken upon opening. That same one also didn’t come with a cap. Not too happy as this was my best mans glass piece and I didn’t open them till the morning of. The glass was SDA initials. Please let me know what can be done about this.”
