“This is a great product. It's simple yet attractive, masculine and classy. Unfortunately, we will not be using it, but please don't let that deter you from considering this item. When I ordered the bag, one of the reviewers stated that the monogram didn't look good (too cramped) with three initials, so they suggested using only two. Also, sadly, when I ordered, the company did not have examples of what each letter looked like, so, with only two initials, my "O" looked like a "D." It looked terrible. Fortunately, customer service listened to my thoughts about the situation and have taken steps to address it. I believe they updated their website to include sample lettering and were gracious in remedied my personal situation satisfactorily. Overall, great product, great service. Despite our mishap, I would not hesitate to recommend. That said, DO be sure to look at and consider how your preferred initials will look on the product and proceed with caution - some initials just may not stellar together.”

“The bag was very nice, but the monogram did not fit the level of niceness. It was very tiny in basic font—the silver circle was about as big as a quarter, and the three little letters in the center were the size of a tiny doughnut hole in the middle. Also, the shipping date I was promised was off by over three weeks—totally missed the wedding I was giving the gift for.”
“The Monogram logo was done wrong on the bag that ordered which changed the whole idea of it. It was a Father’s Day gift and I wish I would have looked at it before wrapping it up. The bag was nice but they do not do the traditional monogram.”
“The bag is great! Super soft, and well made! The personalization is where it gets tricky. The site indicates this is monogrammed style, so the initials were entered that way; however, since the font size is all the same, it looks like I entered the initials incorrectly. If you order this, I’d enter the initials as they appear for someone’s name, and not do this in a monogrammed style. I wish that’s what I would have done.”
