“These are very useful travel bags. I have already used mine on the honeymoon and on a work trip. The ability to hang it on something with the attached hook is awesome. It also holds quite a bit more than one might think. The option to have initials was great. The font made the "O"s look like "D"s but I think my groomsmen were clever enough to figure out what was what. I think these would make a great gift for any groomsman who travels and wants a classy toiletries kit.”
“I ordered these bags for my groomsmen for my upcoming wedding. When I received the bags I noticed the monogram was not as advertised. When I reached out to customer support (first on Facebook messenger), I barely received a response. Then I spoke with someone on their customer service email and shared photos with them. The representative said she had no idea why there was that error and assured me they would send the new ones. I STILL DONT HAVE THEM. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, in fact this is my first negative review I’ve ever written. Think twice before you order here, you may have your gifts ruined.”
