“The decanter looks great. Unfortunately, however, it was sent to me without a topper - making it essentially useless. Nearly 3 weeks have gone by, I’ve called once and emailed twice, and still have not received any information on the missing piece being sent to me. I understand that December is likely a busy time of year, but as someone who works in a similar industry, I also understand the importance of communication and timeliness, which seem to be lacking in this instance. I am disappointed that I have to be the one to keep reaching out about something that doesn’t feel like should be my responsibility, and that there has been no attempt to compensate me in any way for messing up the order.”
