I never received the most recent order. I was informed it was held up in production, and was sent an email asking for me to respond to it. I have tried many times to respond to it as well as use your customer service email listed on your web site. Each time I have done this it says address not found. Please, either give me my money back or ship the decanter. Thank you.

I ordered this item on the 3rd of December and paid for priority shipping because it was a christmas gift and I received it two days after Christmas. Thats ridiculous.

The item was shipped 7/29. It is 8/19 we still don’t have the item. Our wedding was this past weekend and we didn’t have the gift for the groomsman.
