“I never received the most recent order. I was informed it was held up in production, and was sent an email asking for me to respond to it. I have tried many times to respond to it as well as use your customer service email listed on your web site. Each time I have done this it says address not found. Please, either give me my money back or ship the decanter. Thank you.”
