“This has been one of the worst buying experiences I've ever had (especially with this being for a very important event). I received my products on Friday December 16th and they were smashed and broken - and for the ones that weren't broken, the quality of the item was no where near what I had expected or what is shown on the site. I've emailed Customer Service four times since the item's arrival and left three voice mails on your answering machine which doesn't seem active. I need to speak with someone from Customer Service ASAP.”
