“The quality of the decanters and engraving is very impressive. However, I was disappointed that the large single letter inside of the antlers was not engraved on any of the decanters in my order.”

“The item was shipped 7/29. It is 8/19 we still don’t have the item. Our wedding was this past weekend and we didn’t have the gift for the groomsman. I can’t report on the item because we don’t have it. Still.”

“I received 15 glass personalized decanters shipped by fed ex. Box had “fragile” tape and decanters were shipped with bubble wrap. Eleven of the fifteen were chipped or shattered. After contacting customer service, they, were very courteous and replaced the decanters within a few weeks. Of the eleven replaced decanters, one was chipped. I will be contacting customer service to have that one replaced. Would have given 5 stars, but wondering if the packing could have been done a little better to protect glass items. Overall, good customer service and the decanters are very pretty. Satisfied.”
