“This product showed up in shattered pieces. I've tried multiple times to get in touch with GroomShop to see if If I can get a replacement and its been radio silence. Don't know what else I can do. Will give you a few more days before I cancel the charge through my bank.”

“I ordered a set of decanters , for starters the were shipped a month later. next I tried to contact the customer support to change my address but was unable to get hold of them despite 5 emails and a lot of calls. When I received the decanters , 2 of the 5 were broken. I tried emailing and calling for replacement , but again no response.. I am very distraught by my experience .”
