“I ordered these cuff links for my fiancé and his groomsmen as a little wedding day gift. They arrived on time (more to come) for the wedding day and are absolutely perfect, I am so glad I went with GroomsShop! I noticed after placing the order that I hadn’t calculated delivery time correct and needed to actually spend more on expedited delivery so that they would arrive in time for the wedding. I called and spoke to their customer service lady who also helped calculate the correct delivery method to guarantee they would arrive on time. We figured out it would be cheaper to actually expedite the production time rather than the delivery so I went with that option and was expecting to receive an email to pay for the expedited production. Not even 15 minutes later I received a call back from her saying that the production team would have them completed by the end of the day and shipped that day as well and that they were waiving the extra fee - how kind was that?! You guys…I received these 2 days later and I honestly am beyond thankful for the absolutely amazing customer service. It really is rare to deal with such a wonderful company these days and so I couldn’t recommend GroomsShop enough!!! Thank you again!”

“The cufflinks initially came as an incomplete order. I had only received 8 out of the 10 cufflinks ordered. In addition, when the remaining 2 cufflinks arrived, they did not match the other 8 cufflinks in font. The engraving of the initials were also off-centered in most of the cufflinks.
I have sent an email to the support team for quick resolution on this issue since our wedding is coming up later this week now but have yet to hear back from them.”
