“The engraving is poorly done. I was told nothing could be done to fix it and I was only offered half of my money back. Save yourself the trouble, buy cufflinks on your own and get them professionally engraved by someone you trust. This is highly sub-par embarrassing work. If I could give 0 stars, I would.”
“Product nice, as pictured. 4 of 5 boxes and foam inserts came crushed as they sent 5 sets of cuff links in a padded manilla envelope. Expressed my disappoinment and they resent in a similar envelope; 1/5 were crushed. Mixed and matched and everyone's box looks good to great. Would highly recommend they pay an extra $2 in shipping for a box instead of an envelope that damages the once presentable boxes.”
