“I was expecting the mugs to be metal but they are glass so I would have appreciated it if they were more transparent about that. Otherwise the quality is good. I do have a mug with a scratch on it”

“Mug quality is good. I was disappointed to learn that the mug is actually glass, not metal. The "gun metal" color is painted on and will eventually start to wear out and flake off, potentially getting into your drink. I would not recommend putting these in the dishwasher.”

“Will never use this company for anything. Followed instructions, 2 mugs were correct and 3 mugs incorrect. Supposedly "initial box" was blank. Strange that the other mugs that were at the bottom of the list were correct. Looked at preview as instructed. Everything was right according to preview. Was an important purchase as those incorrect mugs were my 3 sons. Was told to reorder. No thanks for that kind of money.”

“Items were very late and not lived up to the promise you have in ordering and receiving. I ordered back in November hoping to be ready for my wedding well that didn’t happen . Got a small % discount back and promised in an email to be present for Christmas. Well much to the same theme they didn’t arrive till December 29th and way late for me to give to my groomsman. Not very happy with this company and won’t be recommending for future orders do to this debacle.”
