“All of the designs came out well. They seem a bit smaller than the photo implied, though. The designs are also closer to the handle than the photo implies. Other than that, they feel really solid. I’m happy overall with the purchase.”

“The mug is beautiful. Your mailing is suspect and getting back to your customer when there is a problem is dismal. Mailing third class so the package cannot be forwarded should be explained and shouldn't even be an option. And, why supply an e-mail address and phone number if you don't answer either?”
“Beer mugs looked great but it took over a month to arrive. I ordered my items on 11/29/21 and received my order on 12/30/21. One mug was also completely different from the ones I ordered. I’ve sent two emails for support and have yet to get a response.”
