“Ordered glasses for my groomsmen. I received them a week after the promised date and a week and a half AFTER my wedding. Upon receiving them one glass was completely broken and one damaged (scratches). I sent a email to you and I didn’t hear a reply after a week. Called, was told to send pictures of them and i would receive a email in 2-3 business days. It’s been 2 weeks and still no response which I have been calling throughout the last two days with no pick ups. Terrible service. ”
“Of the 6 mugs I purchased. Only one mug was in perfect condition. The others all had some sort of grey scuff or blemish on the glass that wouldn't wipe off.”
